Exactly, alexandra. I was in that chat, and didn't get involved because DocJohn was there, so I let him handle it. He did ask the journalist to pm or email him to talk about it, and I think we all thought that the journalist would leave after that. In fact, the journalist did leave (or get booted) at one point, and many of us were relieved, but he came back in again. Eventually DocJohn did ask him to go. I thought the guy was pretty pesky, and was irritated too, and wished that he would have left earlier, but I also understand the need to be polite to people and not use a bigger hammer than necessary. Know what I mean?
But it was troublesome, not only that the journalist was there to collect data on us, and people were uncomfortable about that, but also that that guy took up so much of our support chat time with his business, and was so slow to take a hint.
