IMO This reply is rather simplistic, but for the most part, I agree with it. However, there is the case of harming another person without actually meaning to. Lets take a schizophrenic. If you get too close to them, they may feel threatened (paranoid). So they may lash out at you, with no mindful attempt at hurting you. At least this is what I was told, and it makes sense to me. Take the example in that movie called something like "A Beautiful Mind".. The baby was placed in the tub with water, and almost drowned. I do not think this was his intention. Psychosis can be a "funny" thing, but not the "ha ha" amusing funny.
