Yeah, that insurance is just critical. I am on disability, but I have a family to support and a bunch of kids and it just all goes to that. So, I am uninsured. All my meds--cash. All my shrink appts.--cash. No therapist right now because it is that or shrink. It's super hard. If I didn't have to support 8 million people, I'd be in awesome shape. But there's just never enough to go around when it comes time for me. I shoulda bought more disability when I could, but they told me I had bought the maximum.
So, I hear ya. Balancing the disability stuff can be a big challenge. Not really sure what your situation is, whether it's SSDI or private or what, but I always urge people who have been fortunate enough to get their claim approved to be very, very cautious about giving that up. You know how hard it can be to get an approval
