Remind yourself that you're Loved and that you Matter. Try to spend some time with the people who TRULY Love You, be it Family or Friends. Your Scars will Heal with Time! Also try to dedicate some time to your Hobbies and Passion. Practice Mindfullness and Meditation. If things don't seem to improve after some time, definitely consider going to a Therapist to talk about ALL of yoru Problems! You can also try to buy some self-help Books if you can. I am sure that there are plenty of Articles and YouTube Videos on the Internet like the one that the wise and wonderful @
