My most important goals for the day(12/14):

1)Brush teeth after waking up;
2)Take bath;
3)Dust room;
4)Exercise: a) walk indoors - 15min + 15min b)free-hand exercises with music c)climb stairs;
5)Wash hankerchiefs;
6) Go out :
a) Withdraw money from bank;
b) Go to pharmacy;
c) Buy yoghurt and lamb;
7)Read news online: 5-10min;
8)Read a book: 5-10min;
9) Journaling;
10)Brush teeth before going to bed;
