Update,

I met with my psychiatrist Wednesday and he says that it can help during the day he doesn't want me sleepy during the day.

But he's upping the dosage to see if it will help more. If it doesn't work after a couple of weeks then I can take one pill in the morning and once at night.

He says it builds up in your system after you've been on it for a few weeks.

Also, it hasn't made my nightmares worse.

I will start taking the new dose tonight.
