Hey @Lilly2 thanks for your reply. Yellowstone isnt until August my goal is to be smoke free by then. I have a vape but its so similar to smoking that I think I am fooling myself if i believe it will help me. Its how I justified buying one in the first place. I said it would be used to quit and now its just a supplement for when I cant smoke.

I quit a few times on the patch, but you're right about the dreams! I had some strange nightmares and then some really wacky dreams. One of my dreams had me waking up laughing, which I thought was odd. LOL

I'm planning on quitting smoking soon, but I have to get a few things in my life in order first.

I hope your vacation in yellowstone went great. I saw that this message had no replies, so I thought I'd reply now.

Given all the hype about vaping issues, however, I'm not sure if there will be a ban on them at facilities these days.

I hope you are able to quit smoking soon, if you haven't already.
