When I'm feeling bad, I sit or lay on the floor
I need to stay on the lower ground
I can't sleep in the bed
It's too comfortable
So I take the thin "yoga mat" that I used for workouts (long time ago xD) and pretend to sleep on the floor with just a blanket in winter
Then I feel a bit better
And i imagine the floor to take me and absorb me, to make me disappear
