I'm sorry that you are going through this. Do you work? Are there people there that you can connect with? Can you volunteer somewhere? Does your city have a Meetup? There are many ways to make connections, if you want to. It's hard, though, if you are going through depression or other issues, you have to force yourself to get out there. Art exhibits, wine tastings, just depends on your area and your interests.
