I wish I knew what to tell you about this. You've experienced several serious losses recently but have had no opportunity to process any of them. It sounds as though seeing a therapist would be one potentially important option or, perhaps, participating in CBT or DBT. However, given your circumstances, it doesn't sound as though those kinds of things may be options for you. Of course the other option for severe anxiety is medications. But if you can't even see a doctor without being escorted, I don't know how realistic an option that would be for you either.

Other things people do to cope with anxiety are such things as meditation & increased levels of physical exercise. But since you're feeling your anxiety is "out of control", while these sorts of things can be helpful, they may not be sufficient.
