Hi Aviza!

I see that you lost your son ten years ago - my condolences.

You mention that normally you are able to abstain when you want to, but as of late you can't seem to. You also are bipolar with psychosis and are taking Latuda. You might be on the elevated side now, and Latuda might be contributing to it, as it is generally working well for the depressive phase only but not for manic.

So, yes, I would mention it to your doctor. I also hope you eventually settle into a relationship, because this is what you desire.
