I started thinking that my late afternoon depression may be SAD related. I'm not diagnosed with SAD but I definitely feel like the lack of sun in the afternoon is getting to me. So I ordered a sun light. It will be here tomorrow. I guess I will do the light therapy in the afternoon. Not sure what else I can do really. Last night I was sad but ended up playing games with a friend. That distraction helped a lot.
