I just felt it took up quite a bit of valuable chat time, and he was straight up about his intentions pretty early on - I am pretty sure I suggested he post something in another forum, but he wasn't replying.

It wasn't appropriate for him to remain as long as he did IMO ... what you must surely realise is that some people also use these websites from a voyeuristic perspective, and whether he was a journalist or merely wanting a snoop at people with mental disorders, he probably isn't the sort you want sitting in a chatroom ...

It is more of a big deal as it's your weekly hour in chat, and people often give away quite a bit of information in that time.
