I haven't called my Pdoc. I usually try to deal myself, but It's to the point right now where I Self Harmed the other day. It's something I haven't done in ages and I'm glad it's sweater weather where I'm at. My meds usually keep things in check fairly well, but sometimes I guess breakouts happen.
