I've never heard of "MH04" before. I tried googling around, but I mostly found immunology, chemistry, and Mumbai stuff.

My guess is "MH" means "mental health" and the "04" is some kind of code in a diagnostic handbook. For example, the F31.9 entry in the ICD is for bipolar.
