I dunno something like that .. maybe tape it to your bathroom mirror?! a place you can just go and read it outloud to yourself in the mirror

Thanks, that's a good idea

I was also thinking maybe I could write one that says "my meds aren't poison and they help me" so when I start believing they are I can look back at that to help bring me back to reality
