The definition of ''insanity'' is keeping on ''doing'' the same things..
and hoping for different results

It reminds me of the ''choice'' few words a someone (in real life) not so generously offered me, maybe it might have helped a ''normal'' 4 year old with a mild tummy upset, not someone who had been traumatised and abused. Silly me for thinking someone might give a crap about me, in real life. Stupid stupid me
