Most of this is what “society” wants those of us to feel who do not apparently fit their idea of “normal”... it’s also what the abusers want us to think and feel . Thank you for sharing dear friend, I always am here for you and I can relate to quite a lot of what you share

“don’t want help”... hmmm.... they have thrown most of the insults in the book at me but my “avoidance” of them has “saved” me from that one (at least “for now”
PS I do not accept that line that the “patient” is “incompetent”...,maybe I live in “denial” but my bear finds that too distasteful
