Very, very, very rough night last night. Received a concerning text from my son and FaceTimed with him for about an hour and a half. He was suicidal and trying to drink himself to death. He has lost 3 (!) people to suicide in one month, which doesn't help his frame of mind. I don't want to go into detail, but I kind of need to get it out with people who understand. I especially lost it sobbing after we got off FaceTime. It was so very emotionally intense.
