well i never fainted but i was getting very dizzy to the point where i could feel it coming if i was at *****art and it happened the whole store would spinn on me it happened 3 times to me in one year and the first time i was at work and i was not on my m,eds now i'm on my meds and i have been dizzy free maybe it's related to your anxiety are you on meds
