My joints are worse but that’s likely to almost 18 hours in the car. My lungs really hate it here, millions of cars so lots of fumes, my lungs are not happy

Christina, I am concerned. I hope you have your inhalers with you. I don't mean to sound like your mother. Just very concerned.
It's sad when a member here is feeling poorly and/or struggling.
And...many of us are often facing some major challenges.
