I hate to say this.... or more accurately.. I do not like to say this.
Possible trigger:
It is in a book for professionals...
Telling someone in a “brutally “honest“ way” that they “cant cope with life”...
Especially after a few minutes in one consultation when the person has NEVER consulted someone about that or similar issue..
Or ever consulted a professional about any MH issue despite having put up with (“coped” with) severe anxiety for years..)
Maybe that is why
I say “do no harm” is so important
Feel free to not respond to this post. I have to say it since I am constantly being reminded of the first mistake a professional made... well not the first... but the first I saw all the “horrors’ of it. .and I do NOT “hate doctors”... I have profound respect for all the ethical and caring doctors out there
