I don't have alters but so space out and T allows me some time to see where this will lead me. Sometimes its an escape from the present moment, but other times its a "remembering" and she will gently ask me where I've gone eventually. In the beginning all I could do was nod my head and say I dont know, nowadays Im better at being willing to communicate with her and talk.
