Today I spent time with my chosen family for christmas. I was given two large boxes of chocolates and a box of fudge. Oh and I forgot two jars of homemade jam.

As a chocoholic and a diabetic it makes it hard. Grrr. There is so much of it around. I suppose it's the same with alcohol this time of year. Surrounded by it and not able to say no. Ai Ai Ai.......... it's hard enough to control what I eat without the added food in the house.

Previous times I have thrown food in the bin....... then hours later I go bin diving.
