Trust me I wish I could afford to move out of this garbage country, but I cant for various reasons. I have another example that has recently happened.... in my dept there is a 10 page process doc we have to follow, being here so long I know it by heart. So tell me why when my leader came to me stating the third party quality review came back to say I had done something wrong, walked my lead through exactly what/why i did things the right way, which she agreed i was right.....was still counted as wrong against me ????? Stuff like this all the time, but they wont let me move
