I am afraid I fell off the wagon and my blood sugar has gone up to 27.8 which is 500mg.
It has gone sky high cos I ate chocolate covered profriterols and I drank advocaat and prosecco.
I also ate a roast dinner and stuffing and had white flour French stick with soup.
So not good compared to when my blood sugar came down to 6mmol/L or 108mg.
So tomorrow I go back to my strict diet and back to staying off the sugar.
