Yes--I also believe this is a key. I still have mostly auditory hallucinations, even on two APs. But I know they are not real, because, over the years, I have finally become convinced that this stuff is just my ill brain playing tricks on me. That awareness is comforting and helpful in getting through these tough times. Sounds like it is for you as well, and that is just awesome. I think knowing what to do when this stuff shows up is at least half the battle.
