[Or equivalent antipsychotic, in terms of effectiveness.] I am very grateful for what that medication has done for me. How long has that psych manager known you? Is there anyone that could talk to her on your behalf?

She's known me for a few years now. I lost my old case manager and that was hard because she was so good. Then again this current cm has seen me through my worst mania- called me in for an asap appointment while manic sort of thing.
