I don't have a regular family doctor. There are urgent care clinics but they don't do mental illnesses, only physical. I finally found a therapist but he doesn't do meds. Took me a month just to find him.

Sigh....it's just the same crap all over again. Went thru this 2 years ago and it's the same again. Is it really just me?

I'm just not assertive enough on the phone to say GIVE ME A DAMN APPOINTMENT NOW!!!! I just give up, wait the 2 months...whatever.
