have been taking this new med for three weeks now and started 40mg tuesday , I am having exstream dizzyness and have been sick ( barfing) several times . . .

asking anyone with experience with this drug do you think this will pass as I adjust to it or should I start decreasing doseage . . .

I will not be able to reach either of my md or pdoc till next week , I have work tomorrow and am concerned about driving , ladders and such that I do . . .

open to any home remedies also , taking antihistimes and drinking ginger ale which may or may not be helping . . .
