I've had anxiety for a number of years but didn't realize and it wasn't until recently that I started finding ways to combat it.
I heard that Omega-3 was good for anxiety and moods and I started taking 3g a day, which is what the doctor and the bottle said. The first week, I noticed a considerable improvement in my mood. The second week, I found that my moods began to swing between anxiety, depression and calm. The more I got anxious, the worse my anxiety became, and very fast.
It was like nothing I have ever felt before and I am pretty sure that it was the Omega-3 since I hadn't changed anything about my life in the last few weeks.
I have found a splattering of posts on the net saying that this was possible but not that often.
Has anyone found that Omega-3 gave them more anxiety after time?
