For now lock up all sharp objects and sleep next to him. Remind them that they are just thoughts and thoughts can't hurt him or anyone else. Do not let him out of your sight right now. Call his pediatrician. Set him up with a therapist tomorrow morning. Do you have a near by children's hospital? Try not to show fear. Keep him occupied and possibly out of the house. Like play games, go to the park, anything REALLY interactive.
