I do have some ideas for nausea.
(Sip the liquids, don't gulp them down.) Ginger ale, ginger tea (hot or iced), peppermint tea, Soda water...plain or orange essence, 7Up, Soda crackers, crushed ice, suck on ginger candy, and (best of all) take a 1/2 pill of non-drowsy Dramamine.
The non-drowsy Dram. is a miracle.
