I'm going to try the fasting thing tonight, but only do like 12 or 14 or maybe even 16 hours. The thing is is that I have to take aspirin in that time period and I'm also worried that I won't sleep through the night if I get hungry. I also ate small lunch and dinner...so we will see how it goes.
