Oh, so yeah, it's morning now. I made it through the night! Well, sorta. It's about 8 (well 840) rn, so that only makes a 12 (13ish) hour fast, but I ate so less yesterday. The interesting thing is I slept like 8 hours when lately I'd been sleeping 10 or so hours (and before that, 12hrs), so, you know, maybe eating so much or so close to bed was making me sleep more and gain more! I dunno. We will see how this fasting thing effects my weight. I've fasted before and I don't recall losing much weight/fat...but, I'm doing this at different hours now. Might work better.
