My T's ring is gigantic. (I guess it's probably a wedding/engagement combo thing? I know nothing about classy rings since we just got matching titanium bands on Etsy) It must get caught on things all the time.

@velcro003, maybe you just need to try a few different places before you find a good fit. I used to volunteer at this local museum when I was in school. I liked the museum and its mission, but the real reason that I was motivated to go back was that the people there (employees and other volunteers) were always really nice and made me feel welcome. It's so comforting sometimes to have places where you feel like you belong. Maybe you can experiment a little to find somewhere where you feel like that?
