I’ve had a pretty rough month. I’ve been taking Seroquel to try and keep even with some success. Last night I took somewhere between 6 and 8 mg of Xanax and don’t remember a thing. I guess I also figured a little bit of vodka wouldn’t [emoji20]. had been without the Xanax for a couple of days so I guess I was playing catch-up.

Stupid, I know, but that’s what I did. I woke up at 1:00pm with more si marks on my arm in addition to what I already had. I was wearing a bath towel and a robe in bed but didn’t take a shower last night which is a bit curious.

I’m probably going to put a call in to my pdoc on Monday. I can’t seem to get a handle on things right now. Please don’t pass judgement. I’m hurting.
