1.1g phenibut. No high blood pressure. 1.5mg alprazolam, 100mg seroquel and 10mg melatonin put me to sleep last night. Good sleep.

Tomorrow will be 1g phenibut until Thursday January 9th which will be 500mg.

I learned my lesson but at least I'm not like everyone else that takes 7-14g. One person was even taking 40g a day. I think the highest I've seen was 60g a day! Wtf!! Lol... People die at those doses.
