While I often have anxiety about this, I try my best to fight those intrusive thoughts away and focus on more productive things. Overall, my life is pretty stable, and despite me messing up a lot very recently with the people I love most, they're still here, by my side, because they love me too. When I start thinking about the what ifs in life, I start to spiral, so instead, I make myself think about other stuff that I know about, and it helps most of the time.
