“Actually” cute. Like they wouldn’t be expected to be cute. Why not just “they are cute”

She is the mother of twins. I don’t even know how she has time and energy to do anything let alone spend time with you . Lack of sleep and exhaustion must be insane. Birthday gifts is not a priority
