Hello all..... I was recently diagnosed with ADD. It was very enlightning for me to realize I actualy had a name for what was going on inside my brain. I am 40 so you can imagine how long I have wandered this.
Thing now is, I do want to get some counseling and help for it. I read and article about a life coach and a good phyciatrist or phsycologist that either could help.
The problem is, I live out in a very rural area and it's about 40 miles to where one is. I do have health insurance that I am sure would cover it, but the price of Gas now is so high it would cost a fortune to go in.
Does any one know about therapy online and where or how I can get this?
