Does anyone have a tidbit of personal advice that they stick to?

Something you heard, grew up with, or just brings you comfort and helps you move forward?

Mine is something I heard in one of my favorite movies:

"All you have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to you."

I like that one because it always brings me in the moment and appreciate what I have now rather what I don't from the past or the future. Very grounding.
