My wife and I had a great therapist who I originally went to as a therapist for being adopted. It eventually turned into couple's therapy and she helped us immensely.
I have since moved and attempted to get some therapy as I have issues other then my illness to deal with, but have dumped all of them and find it easier to find support from people who have and are going through it as opposed to some onlooker. The thing I hate is the waiting game. Like when they ask you a question and you answer and they just wait hoping you will keep talking. I just sit there in silence until it becomes really awkward. Then I dump them.
