I was once at a horrible job toxic as hell on all levels. Mentally I was a mess ( undiagnosed BP and on a freaking AD )

I had a chance at a great job I literally talked to myself in the mirror for hours and hours. I truly believe anyone can do anything for 15 mins ... so kick yourself in the Asss and be an actor for that interview.. when it’s all over get in your car and has a good sob ..

You CAN do this. Shove everything mentally out of the way and just go get that job and think of the enjoyment of cleaning out your desk and leaving that horrible place for the last time.
