Yep yep yep. I'd be surprised if most of us didn't feel this way. PLEASE try not to start SI-ing. Go for a walk instead, or listen to some good music. Crying is ok, it often helps to get the pain out, but hurting yourself is not the way to go.
Try reading the last few months of posts here. It'll take a while, but I guarantee you'll feel like you're in good company.
