WovenGalaxy, those are good things to work on. Even some self-acceptance stuff may help, too - which can offset this whole idea that all our problems stem only from ourselves, when I believe, not all of it's our own doing, at all. For example, in my opinion, there are just some things about others that a person should
not accept - very hurtful things - and I'll leave it up to the individual to figure out what those are for themselves, as individuals. I know your friend doesn't have anything like that, but I'd just like you to bear it in mind, friend.
