I can absolutely relate. Indeed it is all about their issues, whatver you are struggling with, they will insist to be struggling harder. I couldn't deal with this for longer, so I left and as hard as that is, I'd tell everybody who is suffering in these circumstances to also consider leaving. For your own sake and sanity.
