Got down to 400mg of phenibut today by decreasing by 100mg a day from 1.1g a day from 1.5-2g a day. I've been taking 1mg of Xanax every night for 2 weeks.

I tried to sleep without a 1mg Xanax and I couldn't. So I took 1.5g of phenibut.

I'd rather be addicted to phenibut than xanax. I'm not going to take phenibut tomorrow morning and instead take 500-600mg of phenibut at tomorrow night to sleep.

I don't think I'm going to take any more Xanax.
