A few things come to mind: do not forget the importance of time off from work. Do you have vacation or personal time off available? Think about scheduling some. If necessary, call in sick for one day, unless you need a doctor's excuse--but you know, extreme fatigure is worth going to see a doctor. Extreme fatigue is a good enough excuse in my book to take a day off work. Think about what part stresses you out. You mentioned complaints. What about complaints? Hearing them said to your face? Hearing them over the phone? Reading them in email? Having complaints when you feel like you are not in control of the solution? You might try writing down this and then trying to tease out what you can fix, what you can ask for help to address, and what you can safely shrug off (for example: people love to complain; you could be perfect--people will still complain<--they like to complain!! That is how some people relieve stress (I know--I do this!!) Confide in a friend about the parts you can trust telling a friend at work. "I feel overwhelmed with 20 assignments" is safer to say than "The boss is an idiot giving any one person 20 assignments." And lastly--and I say this quite seriously: consider finding a job you like better. That is what I am working on doing right now. I wish you the best and I hope what I have written helps.
