I had a very long psychotic episode (6 months on and off.) I found out much of it was due to diabetes insipidus and prediabetes. My electrolytes were screwed up and it caused some weird symptoms. However, I'm not sure if it partly went away bcuz of the introduction of risperdal .5mg 2x day Tuesday. Anyways, I only slept 4 or 5 hrs last night, 3 hours the night before. I don't feel wired, but not tired either. I only feel wired at about 5 or 6 pm until 9 or 10 when I try to sleep. I've been cleaning a lot as well. I'm wondering if it's from my electrolytes normalizing. I just don't feel this is hypomania. My hypomanias are usually more high energy. I do feel good but not euphoric. Some of my symptoms I'm not sure if they're electrolyte related or hypomania. Any thoughts?
